PIWR
The consultant. Banati Sefeti is the face. It administers a union office only until that union can stand. It runs programmes and awareness continuously.
Running rule
Two bodies. Two marks. One transition.
Fiji Fishers Union
The body to register. Own constitution, own account, own membership list. Not a branch of PIWR. Not a chapter.
Other countries
PIWR may help them register their own fishers’ unions under their law. Those unions do not come under PIWR.
Independence
CI funds a function. It does not own the Union’s voice. ILO may sit beside CI on the envelope. Neither sits inside the PIWR shield.
The PIWR mark is the stacked navy shield, five figures holding hands, the letters PIWR, a gold rule, and the full name. It is never printed as the Union’s seal.
Care and workplace
Home is the default workplace. A named deputy covers absences while Banati Sefeti looks after family. That is written into the offer, not left as a courtesy.
Labour data only, with consent. No biometric file. No catch file.
Do not say: chapter, octopus, or that the Union is PIWR.
