How to read it
- Ratified — the country has ratified it and NORMLEX shows it in force.
- Ratified, not yet in force — ratified recently; NORMLEX shows it not yet in force.
- Not ratified — not in the country's list on NORMLEX.
- Not an ILO member — the country does not appear in NORMLEX's list of member States.
- Unverified — we could not confirm it. This applies to French Polynesia and New Caledonia, where coverage depends on France's declarations.

- French Polynesia and New Caledonia are French territories. ILO Conventions ratified by France apply to them only through France's declarations for non-metropolitan territories. PIoWR did not verify those declarations on NORMLEX, so every cell for these two territories is 'unverified'. France's own ratifications are given for context only.
- Dates are the date of ratification registered with the ILO, as shown on NORMLEX.
- Re-check NORMLEX before each update; ratifications change.
